Outside Parts Sales Person
For Fairfield County Area. Must have experience selling heavy duty truck parts. Experience with trailer parts a plus. Competitive pay and benefits, including expense reimbursement. Must have own vehicle.
Light, Medium, & Heavy Duty Truck Technicians
For Service Dept. of a busy truck dealership. Our mechanics are the backbone of our business. We need a mechanic who has a “customer first” attitude, is neat and conscientious, and has solid, broad work experience on diesel engines of all makes. Must be able to work on diagnosing and trouble-shooting, preventative maintenance, and the removal/replacement of major components of diesel trucks and trailers, including engines, brakes and transmissions. You should be able to work independently, be detailed oriented and capable of working on customer owned vehicles. Must have basic communication and data entry computer skills. The right person will have at least 1-4 years experience in a related position, possess appropriate tools, a rolling tool box, and demonstrate the ability to use them effectively. Light duty techs should have Sprinter experience. Training certifications a plus; we will provide training as well. Competitive pay and benefits.
Service Advisor
Individual sells and schedules needed service work in the service department along with establishing customer's method of payment while obtaining credit approval, as necessary.
Essential duties will include: Notifying dispatcher of incoming work, checking on progress and reporting back to customers, handling telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process, explaining completed work and all charges to customers and close repair order as appropriate. Expected to keeps service department forms, menus, pricing guides and records. Improve quality and work to eliminate comebacks to maintain a high customer satisfaction standard.
Applicants will possess one or more of the following skills to be considered for this position.
“Windows” based computer skills to learn PROCEDE Dealership Management Program, or have experience in a Truck Vendor software program. General knowledge of and work experiences in light truck, commercial truck, heavy duty trucks or construction equipment is required.
